Using virtually invisible braces or splints, we can even straighten the teeth of our 40- to 60-year-old patients here at the Lindeman dental practice. Misaligned teeth can lead, for example, to tooth decay and gum disease and even tooth loss. Over or underbite can result in abnormal wear of the tooth surface or cause temporomandibular joint problems, which in turn can lead to headaches or muscle tension.
